Reaction To Shoah Videos
I find it both shocking and depressing how the people, specifically the Nazis, could be so cruel and heartless. When Gottlieb explained his story through that video, I could not help but feel bad and sorry for him. Not only because it seemed painful for him to remember that moment in time, but also for a man to lose his mother at such a young age is such an unfortunate event to have to endure. Even more with the current situation of him being in one of the many camps the Jews were concealed into. The hardships he had to face with his brother without his mother's love and embrace must of been very difficult. Also, the Nazis were very relentless when it came to the Jews based on the second film. I mean for a simple man to be living his life, and all of a sudden, he basically loses everything he had and ends up living a life of extreme conditions and discomfort! Hitler and his men, in my opinion, were quite barbaric, unethical, and disgustingly cruel. To think that all these families were driven out of their own homes, their lives, their own beings. It just leaves me in shock and awe.
